Garden Loyalty Club Terms and Conditions

Member Registration and Membership

  • Each person can apply for and hold one membership of “Garden Loyalty Club” only at a time. Duplicate registration will result in termination of membership without any prior notice.
  • Member information will be sent through email to notify members.
  • The Garden Company Limited shall not be held liable for any losses and damages of any unauthorized disclosure of the password by members.
  • The eligibility for “Garden Loyalty Club” membership is subject to the sole discretion of The Garden Company Limited, and the company may reject any applications of membership.
  • “Garden Loyalty Club” reserves the right to amend the consumption terms and conditions and member privileges at any time without any prior notice.
  • Membership is only applicable to Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Member Privileges

  • Birthday privilege(s) will be sent through email or SMS before the 10th of the member’s birthday month. The privilege(s) can only be redeemed within the birthday month, expired privilege(s) will not be accepted. Please contact Garden Loyalty Club if you cannot receive the relevant email or SMS by the said period.
  • Members are entitled to priority participation of activities held by The Garden Company Limited and member exclusive privileges.
  • Member privileges may vary throughout different days or periods of the whole year, please refer to the website of The Garden Company Limited and member newsletter for details.
  • All premium redemption programs are subject to deliver after payment basis. Members are not allowed to make any amendments once the order has been submitted.
  • Members are required to redeem the premium(s) at specific location, additional charge will be incurred if other collection methods such as surface mail, registered mail or courier post are required under special circumstances.
  • Any members who fail to collect the premium(s) within the specific period will have their right of redemption forfeited.
  • If members are unable to collect the premium(s) in person, the delegate must present a copy of the member’s identification document and a letter of authorization.
  • Members are responsible to make a copy of the privilege application form and keep it secure. The Garden Company Limited shall not be held liable for any losses and damages of any unsuccessful delivery.
  • Premium(s) is available on a first-come-first-serve basis while stock lasts.
  • Premium(s) cannot be redeemed for cash or products, and cannot be exchanged after redemption.
  • Premium(s) photos for reference only and subject to the actual object.
  • Terms and conditions apply. The Garden Company Limited shall not be held liable for any problems arising from the quality of the premium(s) or the service of the supplier.
  • Discount offers and latest information will be published on the website. Privileges are subject to amendments without any prior notice.
  • The Garden Company Limited reserves the right to cancel or postpone the member activities under typhoon or adverse weather or any other unpredictable circumstances.

Others

  • The terms and conditions have been translated into Chinese. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail. The Garden Company Limited reserves the right to amend or cancel all terms and conditions of premiums and privileges without any prior notice.
  • The Garden Company Limited reserves the right to: amend the membership scheme structure of “Garden Loyalty Club”, privileges and other features (including these terms and conditions), or to terminate the membership scheme of “Garden Loyalty Club” at any time. Use of “Garden Loyalty Club” membership/any privileges by members will be deemed as members’ acceptance of any changes to the privileges and terms and conditions of the membership program. The Garden Company Limited shall not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting thereof.
  • Advance reservation is required if group visitors are interested to participate in the activities held by “Garden Loyalty Club” or visit the Garden Gallery, and subject to the acceptance of the Company.
  • The Garden Company Limited reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.
