Crustless Thick Sliced Sandwich Bread

Milk

120ml

Plain yoghurt

70g

Cocoa powder

To taste

Blueberries

Method:

Soak bread in the milk for 30 minutes. Fry until golden

Pour plain yoghurt over the top

Dust with cocoa powder and garnish with blueberries. Serve immediately
