Crustless Thick Sliced Sandwich Bread

Ingredients (for two people):

Crustless Thick Sliced Sandwich Bread

4 slices

Fresh cream

100ml

Sugar

10g

Your favourite fruits (e.g. strawberries, kiwi fruit and oranges)

Method:

Prep the fruits.
Remove the stem from the strawberries and cut them into a flower shape. Peel the kiwi fruit, cut into thick slices, and then cut the green parts into the shape of a stem

Beat fresh cream and sugar together until firm. Keep cool in the fridge

Put a thick slice of sandwich bread onto a piece of cling film, and spread a thin layer of the cream mixture on the top

Place the fruit slices on the top of the bread and cream (pay attention to the position of the fruit slices). Then, add more cream on the top before covering it with another slice of bread. Wrap the cling film to hold the sandwich together

Cool in the fridge for 20 minutes. Cut diagonally to serve
